Basic Steps To Make Millions In Penny Stocks

Carlos slim, the richest man in the world made his money from other fields but a large part of it came from stock and shares.

Altogether, 42 out of 483 billionaires in the world make their money from stock and shares.
I'm confident that you too can make millions through stocks and shares by equipping yourself with the required information. Stock market is a goldmine. This is an area money people have not yet explored. Many still don't even know what stock and shares are.
A share is a unit of ownership which entitles you to benefits accruing from the company invested in. while stock refers to many shares. And a shareholder is sometimes referred to as a stockholder.
When you buy a share of a company you become a shareholder of that company, which means you share in the profit of the company shareholders are also called investors.
Investing in penny stock is a means of wealth creation without stress. This is what is called make money your houseboy. You use money to make money.
Shareholders are presumed to own the company, therefore, they have a slice of the company's profit.
If for instance company 'A' wants to produce a product or they already exist but need capital (money) to run the company, the capital can be raised via the public. Let say, the capital they want to raise is $50,000. This can be divided into 100,000 units, that is $0.5.
In this scenario and investor can participate by investing as small $1000 translating to 2,000 units of shares. Another person can buy another number of units and so on and so forth.
The share a person buys has made him or her a part-owner of the company involved. An investor may transfer part or all his shares in a company to a relation, wife, son, daughter etc. where they all bear the same surname, this is called Nominal Transfer. In any case, it is best to contact a stockbroker, even in the case of a dead relative.
There are different categories of shares but for the sake of this topic, we shall be looking at four (4) types.
Penny stocks are stocks that sell for small amount.
Growth stocks are stocks that grow in earnings above the industrial average. They sell higher than penny stock.
Blue chips are stocks of a company with consistent good track record.
Defensive stocks or income stocks are stock that actually generate income for the investor. These stocks normally give high dividends to their investors.
Shareshodlers enjoy a lot of benefits by investing in the stock market.
